I learned models, passed them on and explained to people how it is done.<\/p>\n<p>And I saw how little of it survives the moment that actually counts. What is left are the questions people never ask themselves. That is uncomfortable, and it is the point at which most conversations become honest for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>I will not hand you steps that worked for someone else. I give you a framework in which you make your own decision &#045; and I stay with it until that decision stands.<\/p>\n<p>I work with authenticity, with focus, with active listening and with questions that move something. Alongside that, tools that fit you &#045; not the other way round.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"liste\">\n<li>I work with a maximum of six people at a time. Any more than that and the depth goes.<\/li>\n<li>I tell you honestly if I am not the right person for you. It has happened.<\/li>\n<li>Everything you tell me stays between us. The other is what happens afterwards, when someone stays behind and asks the question they would not have asked out loud in the room. That second part is why I do this.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sec sand\">\n<div class=\"wn\">\n<div class=\"eyebrow\">Away from business<\/div>\n<h2>What I care about.<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"rule\">\n<p>I do not work in the usual sense. I do this with passion, and that is why it rarely feels like work.<\/p>\n<p>I am a father, a son, a partner &#045; and a referee. The last one sounds like a hobby and is the hardest school of leadership I know: people running on emotion, pressure from outside, decisions made in seconds, and nobody you can ask for advice in that moment. Much of what I can say about leadership I learned there, and not in a seminar.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the time you will find me outdoors and moving. In the mountains, by the sea or under it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sec\">\n<div class=\"wn\">\n<div class=\"eyebrow\">So you know what you are getting into<\/div>\n<h2>What I do not do.<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"rule\">\n<div class=\"nicht\">\n<h3>I do not judge<\/h3>\n<p>Not your situation, not what you bring and not your opinions.
