You have a good job, a home, people who like you. If you say something is missing, it sounds ungrateful. So you do not say it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sec sand\">\n<div class=\"wn\">\n<div class=\"eyebrow\">Does this sound familiar?<\/div>\n<h2>Seven sentences.<br \/>If three of them land, you are in the right place.<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"rule\">\n<ul class=\"thesen\">\n<li>You make decisions out of expectation rather than conviction, and you only notice afterwards.<\/li>\n<li>You are available to everyone. Least of all to yourself.<\/li>\n<li>You have become good at things you never chose.<\/li>\n<li>You plan your day like a project and your life not at all.<\/li>\n<li>You have read, listened and learned, and nothing has changed.<\/li>\n<li>There is a conversation you have been carrying around for months.<\/li>\n<li>And when someone asks how you are, you pause for a moment to work out what to answer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sec\">\n<div class=\"wn\">\n<blockquote><p>It is all there. All of it achieved. And still you sit outside in the evening and think: was that it?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"quelle\">That is not ingratitude. That is a signal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sec sand\">\n<div class=\"w\">\n<div class=\"wn\" style=\"padding:0;\">\n<div class=\"eyebrow\">So that we do not waste each other's time<\/div>\n<h2>Who this is for. And who it is not for.<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"rule\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wandel\">\n<div class=\"ja\">\n<div class=\"kopf\">This is for you<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>You want to make a decision, not work through a list.<\/li>\n<li>You can sit with a question that becomes uncomfortable.<\/li>\n<li>You set aside four to five hours a week for yourself, not just the sessions.<\/li>\n<li>You want me to tell you honestly what I see, even when you will not like it.<\/li>\n<li>You are looking for someone who stands beside you, not someone who leads you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"kopf\">This is not for you<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>You want someone to tell you what to do.<\/li>\n<li>You are looking for a method that works for everyone.<\/li>\n<li>You are in an acute crisis right now. In that case you need therapy, not coaching, and I will say so openly.<\/li>\n<li>You want something to change quickly without it costing you anything, comfort included.<\/li>\n<li>You want someone who agrees with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sec\">\n<div class=\"wn\">\n<div class=\"eyebrow\">What changes<\/div>\n<h2>You do not become a different person.<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"rule\">\n<p>There is no need for that. What changes is the distance between what you want and what you do.<\/p>\n<p>People who have taken this path describe it in much the same way. They decide faster. They explain themselves less. They are present again when someone talks to them.<\/p>\n<p>And at some point they notice that they can answer the question of how they are without having to think about it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"schluss\">\n<div class=\"wn\">\n<h2>If three of the seven sentences<br \/>landed.<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"rule\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:26px;\">Then let us talk for thirty minutes.
