Pre-Trek Sessions: Ground yourself with sessions tailored to mentally and physically prepare you. Define goals and connect with fellow travelers.
During the Trek: Take advantage of spontaneous, short coaching conversations along the way to support you on your inner journey. Deepen your experience through daily reflection and open, inspiring discussions within the group.

TheItinerary
Day 1:
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the tour hotel, informal meet and greet with a welcome drink.
Day 2:
Orientation and an afternoon walk through Asan Bazaar, evening tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple).
Day 3:
Transfer to the community project village, introduction to host families and project work.
Day 4:
Community project activities, overnight with host families.
Day 5:
Conclude community project, afternoon tour of UNESCO World Heritage sites Pashupatinath and Boudhanath.
Day 6:
Start trekking: transfer to Chipling (2,205m) and overnight in a local teahouse.
Day 7-10:
Trekking through various villages with overnight stays in teahouses, including guided tours and coaching sessions. Each day includes mindfulness activities, allowing time for personal reflection, introspection, and connecting deeply with nature.
Day 11:
Return to Kathmandu and overnight at the hotel.
Day 12:
Free day in Kathmandu for rest and reflection
Day 13 & 14:
Stay in a monastery within the Kathmandu Valley, participate in meditations, workshops, and puja ceremonies. Spend days full of mindfulness, with activities or simply time to spend alone, reflecting and tending to your own “backpack”.
Day 15:
Departure from Kathmandu, direct transfer to the airport.
