You function.
But do you still feel alive?
Two nights
Your own room
Everything included
Nothing is wrong.
That is exactly the problem.
You are doing your best. For your family, for your team, for everyone who needs something from you. The calendar works. The life works.
And somewhere between two appointments you noticed that working and living are not the same thing.
It is not a crisis. Nobody around you would see it. You would not even know what to call it if someone asked. There is just this quiet sense that you are getting through your days rather than living them, and that you have been doing it for longer than you would like to admit.
You do not need a plan for that. You need three days where nothing is asked of you.
The last time you had two days with nothing in them - can you remember when that was?
Six things, spread over three days
There is no schedule to keep up with, and there is no stage. What there is, is space, and a handful of things worth doing in it. You take part in what you want to take part in.
The Discovery Wheel
An honest look at the eight areas your life actually runs on. You will notice quickly which of them you are avoiding.
A silent walk
Out into the open, without talking. That sounds like very little. It is the part that stays with you longest.
The fire ritual
You write down what you have been carrying, and then you burn it. Not symbolic, if you do it properly. Uncomfortable, and worth it.
„Schon in den ersten Minuten hatte ich das Gefühl, angekommen und vollkommen sicher zu sein. Dadurch fiel es mir überraschend leicht, mich zu öffnen und auch Dinge anzusprechen, über die ich sonst nicht so einfach rede.“
Claudia, Berlin
Time one to one
Not a coaching session you have to book, and not something you have to earn. Simply the conversation you need, at the moment you need it.
Morning: journaling and gentle yoga
Sunrise, a pen, and a body that has been overlooked for a while. Voluntary. On the second morning you will probably get up anyway.
Long conversations
With people who arrived carrying something similar. That is the part nobody plans for, and the part that stays.
Not a promise. Four things people describe.
You know what the one thing is
Not fifteen things to change. One. And for the first time you can say it out loud without softening it.
You sleep differently
Not because it is quiet there, but because you stopped carrying a conversation you had not been having with yourself.
You come home and someone notices
They will not be able to say what has changed. You will.
Something small stays
Ten minutes in the morning, a walk without your phone, one question you keep asking yourself. Small enough to survive a normal week.
This is not for everyone
Come if you give a lot in your everyday life and have not been on the receiving end for a while. As a parent, as a professional, as a partner, or simply as someone with a full life. Come on your own and give yourself the time. Or come with your partner and find your way back to each other away from the noise.
Do not come if you want a wellness weekend, or a programme that hands you a method. There is no method here. There are three days, a few good questions, and one person who will not fill your silence for you.
One guide. That is the point.

Three days with one person, not a rotating team. Nobody hands you over, and you never explain yourself twice. Whoever sits opposite you on Sunday morning already heard what you said on Friday evening.
