A keynote with one tool for Monday.
For leadership meetings, kick-offs and conferences that should achieve more than a good evening. Clear, personal, and with tools you can apply on Monday.
The kick-off was great. Three weeks later, nothing has changed.
Many keynotes inspire for an evening. Then daily work takes over again, with the same loops and the same hallway conversations. Many organisations don't have a talent problem. They have a leadership system problem.
I don't talk about leadership. I bring it into the room.
- Stories from real leadership, not theory from a slide
- One tool everyone in the room can try the same day
- Interaction instead of a lecture, even with a large audience
- In English or German, tailored to your situation
Four topics from Leadership 2030
Every talk can be tailored to your audience, your industry and your questions.
The Power of Introverts
Why quiet leadership is often more effective than you might think. Listening, depth and calm as strengths, for introverts and for everyone who works with and leads them.
Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Actions
How thought patterns drive what we do, at work and in life. And how you notice and change them consciously instead of staying on autopilot.
The Leader as Coach
Listen deeply, ask better questions, say what is true. Leading with a coach's mindset, practised on real cases from the room.
Clarity Before Execution
See, decide, execute. How leaders replace noise with clarity, and clarity with execution. If you wish, insights from the Leadership Circle Profile flow in, such as the difference between reactive and creative leadership.
How we can work together
The first step is a conversation
- What is going on? We talk about what is currently moving your company or organisation.
- What should it achieve? We clarify what the day or the session should achieve for you and your audience.
- What will it look like? We agree on topic, format and flow together, from a keynote to a full-day workshop. Then you receive a written offer.
An impulse for the big stage
30 to 60 minutes for a conference, kick-off or leadership meeting. With one clear message and one tool that people remember.
From impulse to action
A half or full day with your leadership team. We work on your real situations, not on textbook case studies.
Keynote plus deep dive
First the impulse for everyone, then the deep dive for your leaders. That can turn a good evening into a step that lasts.
A few impressions

Thorsten Enderlin
I spent more than 25 years carrying responsibility in corporate business, at all levels. Today I help leaders replace noise with clarity, and clarity with execution.
I learned to speak to people where it counts: inside international companies, in front of teams and leadership groups around the world. I trained it at Toastmasters, the worldwide organisation for public speaking and leadership, with countless speeches and keynotes at Toastmasters events. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner.
“One of his greatest strengths is his ability to read the room. He quickly understands what is happening beneath the surface and creates an environment in which everyone feels seen, included and valued.”
Let's talk about your stage.
Send me a short note: when, where and for whom. I'll come back with a suggestion for topic and format. The fee depends on format and scope, and you receive a written offer in advance.
