I stopped
giving answers.
For almost twenty-five years I was good at it. I learned models, passed them on and explained to people how it is done.
And I saw how little of it survives the moment that actually counts. What is left are the questions people never ask themselves. That is what I work with today.

I ask questions and I sit with the silence.
When you have answered, I do not say anything straight away. That is uncomfortable, and it is the point at which most conversations become honest for the first time.
I will not hand you steps that worked for someone else. I give you a framework in which you make your own decision - and I stay with it until that decision stands.
I work with authenticity, with focus, with active listening and with questions that move something. Alongside that, tools that fit you - not the other way round.
- I work with a maximum of six people at a time. Any more than that and the depth goes.
- I tell you honestly if I am not the right person for you. It has happened.
- Everything you tell me stays between us. No exceptions and no expiry date.
- I work in German and in English, online, over video.
Experience, not theory.
I have been in business for almost 25 years. Not as someone who talks about development, but as someone who has sat with people in development for more than twenty years - one to one and in groups, in mid-sized companies and inside international corporations.
in the business, in people and leadership development.
coaching sessions, one-to-one.
Team workshops, globally.
LCP debriefs, certified in the Leadership Circle Profile.
Standing in front of groups is one part. The other is what happens afterwards, when someone stays behind and asks the question they would not have asked out loud in the room. That second part is why I do this.
What I care about.
I do not work in the usual sense. I do this with passion, and that is why it rarely feels like work.
I am a father, a son, a partner - and a referee. The last one sounds like a hobby and is the hardest school of leadership I know: people running on emotion, pressure from outside, decisions made in seconds, and nobody you can ask for advice in that moment. Much of what I can say about leadership I learned there, and not in a seminar.
The rest of the time you will find me outdoors and moving. In the mountains, by the sea or under it.
What I do not do.
I do not judge
Not your situation, not what you bring and not your opinions. With me you do not have to rehearse anything before you say it.
I do not give advice
I help you find your own answers and your own way. What worked for me is no use to you.
I do not build dependency
Every piece of work we do has a beginning and an end. If you come back afterwards, I am glad. But it is not designed for that.
Curious?
If you are looking for that conversation, I would be glad to meet you. Thirty minutes, free of charge, no payment details - and you decide afterwards whether we keep talking.
