Leadership 2030 · Thorsten Enderlin

Most organisations don’t have a talent problem. They have a leadership system problem.

I help senior leaders replace noise with clarity, and clarity with execution. 25+ years in corporate business, at all levels. ICF PCC certified coach. Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner.

A quarter in the life of a leader

Four scenes. You will recognise every one.

Week 1 · Monday 8:00

Kick-off optimism

The new quarter starts with big goals nobody truly owns. Everyone leaves the room energised, and vaguely committed.

System failure: Commitment Theatre
Week 4

The feedback vacuum

Everyone nods in the meeting. The real conversations happen five minutes later, in the hallway, with the wrong people.

System failure: The Feedback Vacuum
Week 8

The decision loop

The same decision comes up for the third time. Someone asks for another deck. Another two weeks disappear.

System failure: The Decision Loop
Week 12 · Friday 18:30

Quarter-end firefighting

Targets are rescued with heroics, at the price of the next quarter and one more senior person quietly updating their CV.

System failure: The Hero Trap

None of these are talent problems. They are system problems, and systems can be reset.

The Clarity Method

Three phases. Nothing else in between.

01 · See

Make the invisible visible

A Leadership Circle Profile assessment shows how your leadership actually lands, not how you hope it does. This is the honest baseline everything else builds on. How the LCP works

02 · Decide

Fewer, better decisions

Kill the loops. Name the real priorities. Stop confusing motion with progress. What stays on your plate, what leaves, and why.

03 · Execute

Behaviour change under real conditions

Not in a classroom, but in your calendar, your one-on-ones and your hardest conversations. With direct access when it matters.

“Insight without behaviour change is an expensive form of self-flattery.”

What clients say

In their words. Leaders, teams and partners.

“One of my most desperate hours of need, the person who was there for me was you […] You’re a gift, my friend, you’re a gift.”

Richard Oakes · world-record cyclist and entrepreneur

Richard was my guest in episode #3 of my podcast. At the end he turned the tables, and I let him speak.

“We had the pleasure of having Thorsten as the coach for our team workshop. With his calm, empathetic manner and his knowledge, he made a major contribution to everyone in the team being able to identify with it. This took us a big step towards our goal of building new team strength by getting to know ourselves better and sharing this knowledge with everyone. Thank you very much!”
Alexandra F. · Switzerland
“I was truly impressed by Thorsten’s ability to recognise the signs and tensions within the team, and even more by his skill in resolving these tensions and bringing the team together. His active listening was clearly noticeable, and he created a safe space that encouraged team members to speak up and openly discuss even the most difficult topics.”
Neha D. · Dubai
“We are very happy with our collaboration, because it led to a clearer understanding of leadership among our younger employees. Through individual and joint sessions, our team recognised where their own strengths and weaknesses lie, how to focus on their strengths and use them […]”

About

I sat in your chair.

25+ years inside global corporations. Pharma. Basel and San Francisco. I led through restructurings, matrix organisations, growth phases and the quarters where none of the models on the wall matched what was actually on my desk.

Then I trained as an ICF PCC coach and Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner. Not to become a coach, but because I had run out of frameworks that changed what leaders actually do on a Tuesday.

I work with senior leaders because I understand the weight: the pressure from above, the responsibility below, the loneliness in the middle. No guru vibes. No motivational language. Just the room, the numbers, and the decisions that have been waiting too long.
